Nice buildable get away cabin lot in the Sierra Foothills called Grizzly Flats. Gentle slopping lot in a cul-de-sac with water and electricity to the property. We only live less than an hour from the property since our last move, so does not make much since to build a get a way cabin in this location any longer. These lots were commanding prices in the high thirty thousand's before the 2007 crash. The city of Folsom is growing and only an hour away, more than likely to drive the prices up again in the near future. Manufactured home is allowed. Grizzly Flats is a small town of less than 1500 population and sits at 4000 foot elevation. The reason the town stays quiet is the lack of any businesses in town to draw outsiders there. This makes for a pleasant get away location to ride bikes, enjoy the snow, go fishing, boating, kayaking or wine tasting and come back to solitude.
